Brief description of job duties:
- Primary resource for customers with technical, procedural and policy questions-Responsible for timely and accurate communication to customers orally and in writing.
- Responsible for monitoring customer (PI) Personal Information files in processing.
- Responsible for collection of necessary income, asset documentation for underwriting.
- Responsible for confirming application and contributions with the customer.
- Assist in the processing and collection of additional documentation as requested.
- Duty to assist and escalate critical customer issues to senior management.
- Responsible for obtaining and updating national and state licensing if necessary.
- Required to Telework or work out of Rockville Maryland Office as assigned.
